Hmmm, I wonder hoe it would look coloured. I may just do that. Did it to a pencil sketch of Ifrit, which turned out well. Thanx for the suggestion

Cross-hatching is good, but try not to do it at right angles, it draws to much attention to the lines and takes from the pieces as a whole. 30 degree angles are good. Remember, lines follows form.
