Gorgeous! Love the colors. :) What I'd like to see is perhaps a wee bit more emphasis(sp?) on the girl's face. Use a wee bit more ink to make her eyes "pop out", so to speak. Varying the thickness of the ink lines/lineart can do a lot. C: (And, no, it's not a necessity, it's merely a piece of advice and if you think I'm babbling nonsense, feel free to ignore it. ;D )

Anyway, love this, it looks great! :)

Ohh I am very impressed by this. The detail and the attention to the background. (something I need to work on myself). I also like the fact that the girl has some shape to her... Also have to agree with *Sato-ri that maybe you should have make her face "pop" more by doing something with the eyes. Right now the wonderful background and attention to the outfit are overpowering the face.

But I REALLY like this piece.
