I'm a British born artist, specialising in Illustrative design and 3D animation.

I currently work full time as a video games animator. My 3D software of choice is Autodesk Maya.

My illustrative work is created mainly by traditionally methods (see tools/materials below). I also do sequential/comic based work.

Busy Busy June

Yes that's right, I'm busy busy. Mostly with work. Stress! But I love being an animator, it's an awesome job :3

So anyways, the main thing I want to say is that everyone should head over to London in July for a FREE and quite frankly awesomely fun Japanese Arts Festival

The event itself will be in Richmond (South London) on the 11th and 12th of July.
The last one (in March of this year) turned out to be a great event and this one promises to be just as much, if not more fun. The events include martial arts, dancing and drumming demonstrations. Panels about anime, manga and Japanese culture and traditions.
Also an Exhibition by both British based and Japanese artists, a dealers' room and also independant manga artists selling their comics and prints.

This year on the Sunday there will be Manga Drawing Workshops run by professional artists, namely Inko from the group Umisen-Yamasen and possibly myself.

More information will be added as and when it becomes available. In the meantime, keep an eye on the website, or join their Facebook group: Japanese Arts Festival on Facebook
